Troubled times, it seems, are coming to an end for Britney Spears, as she is all set to regain equal custody of her kids in a deal with ex-hubby Kevin Federline.Hoping to avoid a full-blown custody trial next month, the couple will be meeting LA Superior Court Commissioner Alan Gordon at a private hearing on July 15 to gauge Britney’s capability to look after her boys.“Kevin has always wanted Britney to have a role in raising their children,” The Daily Star quoted Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, as saying. In May, Britney was deemed incapable of handling her affairs, but since then the 26-year-old star has shown a remarkable comeback.
And three weeks ago the court granted her overnight visits with Sean Preston, two, and Jayden James, 21 months. The commissioner also requested both parties to come down to a settlement.
